Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to oversee our organization's day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will ensure seamless operations, follow up on staff tasks, and guarantee timely assignment completion.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Oversight: Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
Task Management: Assign, track, and follow up on staff tasks to ensure timely completion.
Daily Progress Monitoring: Monitor staff progress throughout the day, addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.
End-of-Day Task Verification: Confirm that all staff members have completed their assigned tasks before the Close of Business (COB).
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operations.
Communication: Foster open communication among team members, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with organizational goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.


Requirements


2+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely task completion.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in task management tools and software.
Having a telesales experience is an added advantage.
Ability to close deals.
