Key Responsibilties
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Answering customers’ phone calls professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Use our CRM system(Zoho) to update records and monitor sales pipelines.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Raise tickets for all issue-related calls and messages (WhatsApp, Slack and our other social media platforms)
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products when they arise.
Meet and exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Close sales expeditiously via phone calls and other platforms.
Develop long-term relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
HND / BSc in any field.
At least 3 years proven sales and customer service experience (retail experience is an added advantage)
Must be computer savvy and proficient in the use of CRM software like Zoho, etc.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Excellent verbal & listening communication, problem-solving, time management and analytical skills.
Strong sales skills and a clear customer focus.
Data-driven mindset for decision-making.
