Job Description
Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
Prepare food in a timely manner
Ensure appealing plate presentation.
Slightly modify recipes to meet the needs and requests of guests.
Monitor food stock and place orders.
Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years relevant work experience.
Proven work experience as a Chef.
Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers).
Good knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes.
Familiarity with sanitation procedures.
Good communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions strictly.
A male chef would be preferred
