Duties / Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team to consistently create and deliver exceptional dishes
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Develop innovative menus
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality
  • Collaborate with management to develop and execute special events, promotions, and menu tastings to enhance the guest experience
  • Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
  • Prepare food in a timely manner
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders.
  • Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 6 years work experience.
  • Candidate must know how to make sandwiches and parfait
