Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial management and strategy.
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our recycling operations, including financial planning, management, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the recycling industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance
Oversee cash management, investments, and funding
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
Collaborate with senior management to drive business decisions
Ensure financial compliance with laws, regulations, and standards
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and or Professional Certificates.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the recycling industry
Proven track record of financial leadership and strategy
Strong knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and drive business growth
Ability to integrate risks management assessment in the financial processes will be added advantage.
