Responsiblities

Develop and articulate the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals.
Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to senior management and employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Act as the primary liaison between the board of directors, shareholders, and key stakeholders.
Represent the company to external stakeholders including investors, customers, and the public.
Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, financial planning, and ensuring profitability.
Drive growth strategies, explore new revenue streams, and enhance shareholder value.
Identify and manage risks that could impact the company's operations or reputation.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging new ideas and initiatives to stay ahead in the industry.
Adapt to market changes, emerging trends, and technological advancements to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

Proven track record of leadership as a COO, CEO, MD, President, or in senior executive positions.
Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. Additional certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
Extensive experience in the industry or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of its dynamics.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
