Core Responsibilities and Key Duties

Manage the daily operations of the cinema facilities.
Assist the business manager in boosting daily retail profitability by maximizing RPH & minimizing shrinkage and waste.
Actively manage operational expenses on a day-to-day basis. Aid the business manager in effectively controlling costs, managing third-party contractors and team members.
Organize, execute, and oversee operational tasks within the cinema.
Consistently provide feedback to the business manager and colleagues on potential improvements to Cinema Operations, always prioritizing the needs of guests and team members
Optimize the performance of all employees through teamwork, motivation, effective coaching, and performance management.
Handle administrative tasks, create shift schedules, and organize staff compensation.
Collaborate with the film booking department to develop and prepare performance schedule plans that meet business objectives.
Enhance daily retail profitability by maximizing RPH & minimizing shrinkage and waste.
Ensure the cinemas achieve set audience targets each week/period.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in operations management at a supervisory level (retail experience preferred)
Outstanding customer relationship and management skills
Must be an effective team player with excellent multitasking abilities and adaptability to various situations.
He/ She must be capable of staying current with trends in their field of expertise and applying specialized knowledge to everyday situations.
Must possess a thorough understanding of Health and Safety practices
Excellent report writing and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
