Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of projects, the civil project manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and site teams.
To include stakeholder engagement, leading site meetings, managing programme and budget, managing health and safety, managing sub-contractors, overseeing QA/QC, ensuring production milestones are achieved etc.
Developing detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Leading and motivating cross functional project teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the project life cycle.
Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measure to mitigate them.
Ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
Monitoring project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation,
Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, milestones, and any necessary adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience

B.Eng / HND in Civil Engineering or similar discipline
Proven experience of managing large scale civil projects in the telecommunication industry.
Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling and risk management.
Excellent leadership abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
