Key Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and training to healthcare staff on clinical governance principles and protocols.

Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and external agencies to uphold hospital accreditation standards.
Conduct risk assessments and contribute to risk management strategies to mitigate clinical risks.

Requirements:

Degree in Medicine, Nursing, or related field; additional qualifications in Clinical Governance or Healthcare Management preferred.
Proven experience in clinical governance, quality assurance, or healthcare management roles.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical audit processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
