Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Midwife to join our team. The Clinical Midwife will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical education and training to nursing students in the field of midwifery.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate clinical learning experiences for nursing students in various settings, including hospitals and community health centers.
Supervise and mentor students during clinical placements, ensuring adherence to clinical practice standards and patient care protocols.
Collaborate with faculty members and healthcare professionals to assess student performance and provide feedback.
Participate in curriculum development and evaluation to enhance the quality of midwifery education.
Requirements
Registered Midwife (RM) with 5-7years clinical experience in midwifery practice.
PGD in education is a requirement
Teaching experience or a passion for educating and mentoring students.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current midwifery practices and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Qualification
Registered Midwife (RM) with a Bachelor's degree in Midwifery
