Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Collections Advisor at Rapid Response Collections. The Collections Advisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing the process of debt collection from clients. This role involves communicating with clients to negotiate payment plans, updating records, and ensuring compliance with debt collection laws. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
