Pan International Nigeria requires the services of Graphic designers/artists and Editors/Proof readers who will be engaged at intervals to design content.

Education:
A degree or HND in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
Any relevant certifications in graphic design software or related areas can be a plus.
Professional Experience:
Experience (minimum of five years) working as a graphic designer either in the non-profit sector, freelance, or in a design agency. Experience in managing projects from conception to completion.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles.
Ability to create visually appealing designs for various mediums including print, web, and social media.
Experience in creating logos, brand identities, marketing materials, and other graphic assets.
Understanding of design trends and ability to adapt designs accordingly.
Ability to work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective designs.
Strong communication skills to present ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio
A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums of past work to be submitted.

Professional Experience:
Extensive experience (minimum of seven years) working as a content editor either in the non-profit sector, freelance, or within a newspaper publishing company.
Technical Skills:
Strong writing skills to effectively communicate revisions and improvements to authors and writers
Ability to write success/impact stories from an existing project through interviews to form part of key learnings, occasionally visit to communities where the project(s) is/are being implemented.
Proficiency in grammar rules, punctuation, adherence to style guides, and consistency in the flow of content.
A keen eye for spotting errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and inconsistencies in style and tone is essential.
Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and how they apply to content editing ensures that edited content is optimized for online visibility and ranking where necessary
Ability to work collaboratively with writers, authors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their vision is maintained while improving the clarity, coherence, and quality of content.
Capability to adapt editing style and approach based on the target audience, platform, and content type (e.g., web content, academic papers, marketing materials).
Ability to analyze content critically, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance readability, engagement, and effectiveness.
Ability to edit, suggest, and feedback constructively and professionally is essential.
Ability to check for originality of content, and detect plagiarism and AI-generated materials.
