At Social Growth we are looking for Social Media-team Lead-Digital Marketing who will lead our growing Social Media and content team & strategize for our clients. As a Social Media and content team Leader, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring our companies & clients social media and content strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage a team of Social Media and content Specialists & co-ordinate with Project Managers.
Develop, implement and manage all the clients social media strategies.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Be on top of global social media trends on a daily basis.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
Hire and train others in the team.

Requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, Communications, or similar fields
At least 4 years of experience in writing and editing, and at least 2 in management
Impeccable writing and grammar skills
Deep interest in the constantly changing social media algorithms
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms
Experience using analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
