Job Responsibilities:

The content manager will be responsible for leading the content team
The content manager will be responsible for vetting content out for the organization and its clients
Responsible for providing content direction, strategy, plans, and ideas for the organization and its clients
Oversees and leads content matters including but not limited to social media content, articles, e-books, newsletters, website content, brochure content, copywriting, etc.
Responsible for effective optimization of content using content marketing, SEO and SEM strategies
Hiring, training, and evaluating team members
Stay updated with trends and updates in the industry
Check the effectiveness of content produced for clients and the agency to ensure that both meet marketing goals.
Edit all content created within the company, including written, graphic, and video, to ensure the highest quality is delivered on all platforms for the agency and its clients.
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms.
Ensure compliance with law and regulations

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree is required
2-3 years of experience in content management
Highly skilled in relationship management
Highly skilled in resource management
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient use of relevant content tools, strategies, and software for different content types.
Proficient knowledge of different content forms and types.
