Responsibilities:
Credit Assessment:

Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents.
Assess risk factors and determine the appropriate level of credit exposure.

Loan Origination:

Assist in the origination and processing of loan applications.
Work closely with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.

Documentation:

Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, assess cash flow, and make recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with clients to explain loan terms, answer queries, and provide guidance throughout the application process.

Compliance:

Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as risk management and legal, to facilitate a smooth loan approval process.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on loan origination activities and key performance indicators.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
A minimum of second class upper (2.1) from a reputable university.

Experience:

2 - 6 years relevant experience in a financial institution or related field is desirable.
