Responsibilities
Provide clients with information of goods and services.
Receive customer’s complaints and questions.
Take clients' orders, process production, material specification and give delivery reports.
Raise request for materials needed as approved with clients from vendors and as well communicated to the report line.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Work with the Operations team, Design team, and installers to see to completion of projects.
Keep records of customer’s data, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Provide feedbacks and progress reports to clients on project processes.
Ensure projects are completed, schedule walk through with client & endorsement of completion forms.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Generate sales leads
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
