Co-ordination of Reception, waiting areas to ensure suitable environment and ambience.
Co-ordination of Guest Relation duties and activities
Client registration – collect and input all necessary data from the client.
Accept the client’s mode of payment in line with company policy, collect and register the client’s payment.
Ensure usage of checklist and proper check-out
Feedback management: Monitor administration of forms and submission.
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
Politely guide the client in the direction of the procedure/examination paid for.
Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient record in expected format.
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Address customer complaints and escalate to Branch operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standard.
Maintain registration flow by efficiently moving patients through the process.
Interacts with patients by answering questions, providing information, and keeping the reception area in order.
Maintains general filing system and files appropriate correspondence electronically or manually.
Responsible for report generation and dispatch in support of departmental goals and objectives.
Ensure accurate product knowledge to guide and provide relevant and timely information to clients.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by line manager.
Requirements
Minimum of B.Sc in Management Science or similar field.
Minimum of one year of experience in similar job role.
Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
Time management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to connect with several types of patients.
