Job Responsibilities:


Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and online communication.
Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers within the restaurant.



Order Management:

Assist customers with the ordering process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.



Issue Resolution:

Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, working towards swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels for further investigation.



Feedback Collection:

Proactively gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and areas of success.
Utilize customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of our services and menu.



Promotions and Loyalty Programs:

Promote and explain loyalty programs and promotional offers to customers, encouraging repeat business.
Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.



Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide regular reports and insights to management based on customer feedback and trends.



Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
