Role Overview:
We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Satisfaction Representatives to join our teams in Abuja and Lagos. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Process orders and requests efficiently and accurately
Provide detailed product information and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field
Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong analytical and time management skills
