JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide assistance to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
Address customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
Assist with order placements, returns, exchanges, and ensure timely delivery of products or service.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products or services to effectively support customers and make recommendations.
Handle customer records, process transactions, and maintain accurate documentation of interactions or transactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Mininum experience 1 year and Maximum 2 year.
Minimum educational qualification SSCE.
