Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist clients with property listings, viewings, and other real estate-related services.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide clients with information about the company’s services, policies, and procedures.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster positive relationships.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3-5 experience in the role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Knowledge of real estate principles and practices is a plus.
