Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Officer role located on-site in Akure.
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective interactions and problem resolution on a daily basis.

Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise
Provide Excellent Customer service while adhering to banking regulations.
Conducted customer due diligence and KYC procedures
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Knowledge of banking operations and products is advantageous
