Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
