Responsibilities: 

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat 
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner 
Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers 
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring timely and accurate resolution 
Maintaining customer records and updating relevant information in our database 
Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions 
Striving to achieve customer service targets and goals set by the company 

Requirements: 

Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment 
Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools 
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach 
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
