Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:


Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
Provide expert guidance on skincare products, ingredients, and usage.
Resolve complaints and issues with care, empathy, and efficiency.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and brand values.
Work closely with other departments (sales, fulfillment, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement.


Requirements

Who You Are:


Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
You have 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
You’re genuinely passionate about skincare and staying informed about trends and ingredients.
You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You’re a problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, email tools, and chat systems.
You’re team-oriented but capable of working independently.
