Job Description / Responsibilities

Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
Oversee tripping, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.

Work schedule for this job role is as stated below:

5:00am-1:30pm (morning shift)
1:00pm-8:30pm (Afternoon shift)
Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.
