Adaptability: Be flexible in managing different customer needs and issues, from basic queries to complex problem-solving.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathy and a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
