Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor located in Lagos.
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the customer service team and ensuring that customer inquiries and complaints are handled efficiently and effectively.
The Customer Service Supervisor is also responsible for identifying trends in customer complaints and working to resolve those issues.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team
Customer Satisfaction skills, with an emphasis on ensuring high levels of customer retention and minimizing customer complaints
Customer Support skills, including the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Customer Service Management skills, with an emphasis on driving customer experience improvements and establishing service standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
Experience in the wellness, beauty, or personal grooming industry is a plus.
