Position Overview:


Aazik Homes, a subsidiary of Aazik Group, is seeking an intelligent and well-organized Customer Support / Front Desk Executive to be the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will oversee front desk operations, address client inquiries and facilitate customer engagement. She must reside near Wuse 2, Abuja and possess expertise in client communication and fundamental office tools.


Primary Duties:


Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors at the reception
Manage incoming inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Perform follow-up calls and maintain positive client relationships
Advocate for Aazik Homes products and provide guidance to clients as necessary
Revise and maintain precise client records and appointment schedules
Oversee and monitor office and product inventory
Offer basic administrative support and coordinate meetings
Maintain a clean, presentable, and organized reception area
Utilize Microsoft Excel to record data and generate basic reports

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business, or related field


Abilities:


Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
Exceptional verbal and written communication

Ability to convert inquiries into sales when applicable
Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
