We are seeking an experienced Dealer Financing Manager to lead our team at Cars45. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, evaluate creditworthiness, and provide expert guidance on auto financing options. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving sales targets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and staying informed about industry trends to optimize our financing offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand clients' financial needs and goals related to auto financing.
- Promote Cars45 auto financing products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants and make recommendations for loan approvals or rejections.
- Assess the risk associated with each auto loan application.
- Stay updated on Cars45 auto finance products, interest rates, and lending policies.
- Provide information and advice to clients regarding available financing options.
- Ensure that all loan applications and related documentation are complete and accurate.
- Comply with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Analyze clients' financial statements and credit reports to determine their ability to repay loans.
- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to auto financing.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Monitor the performance of the auto loan portfolio.
- Take proactive measures to minimize delinquencies and defaults.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products and services offered by Cars 45
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Use market insights to develop strategies for attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to auto finance, banking regulations, and sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing auto financing and consumer protection.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional connections and generate leads.
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
- Minimum of 7 years of Cognate Experience
- Proven experience with B2B Structured Debt Financing
- In depth knowledge of credit risk management
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build and develop a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline such as Accounting, Business Administration, Economics etc
