This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Coordination Officer at Quality Foods Africa Group in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role involves coordinating delivery operations, managing supply chain logistics, and ensuring efficient procurement processes to meet customer service standards.
Job Description
Develop and maintain delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times
Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details, address changes, and special requests
Assign and dispatch delivery drivers to specific routes and monitor their progress
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints regarding deliveries
Analyze delivery data and provide reports on key performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless delivery process
Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and customer feedback
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to transportation and logistics
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a delivery coordination or logistics role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using logistics software, such as route planning and delivery tracking tools
Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address delivery challenges effectively

Yaba: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
