Microsoft 365 Administration
Technical support for digital infrastructure (hardware and software)
Providing support to internal users
Resolving technology challenges as they arise
End-user training
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Digital Infrastructure Support
Experience as an Microsoft 365 Administrator
Relevant professional certification such as ITIL, PMP, etc. is an added advantage
