Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Digital & Social Media Officer to join our team in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our digital and social media presence, creating engaging content, and driving our online marketing efforts across all associated companies.
This role requires a passionate individual who can effectively communicate our brand message and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for all associated companies.
Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Content Creation:

Generate creative and compelling content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand identity and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
Ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.

Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to enhance online presence.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Brand Management:

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep our digital marketing strategies current and effective.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital and social media campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on campaign performance and areas for improvement.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize results.

Requirements

2-3 years proven experience as a Digital & Social Media Officer or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
