Requirements:
Master’s degree in any relevant field with at least 5 years of senior-level experience in youth leadership development, international development, or public policy.
7 years’ experience with participatory or trust-based grant, non-profit, consulting, start-up management or within a global movement is highly desired.
Skilled in policy analysis and monitoring, ensuring program impacts align with organizational goals.
Demonstrated expertise in program design, delivery, and evaluation.
Highly motivated, performance-driven, and entrepreneurial with a positive attitude and willingness to travel at least 30%.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and operational implementation of NYFF’s mission and vision, ensuring alignment with our Theory of Change.
Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners
Drive participatory and inclusive grant making processes that empower youth and facilitate substantial, sustainable impacts.
Cultivate an organizational culture that promotes professional growth, capacity building, and innovation among team members.
Utilize proven and smart systems approaches to project implementation to address complex challenges effectively and deliver measurable outcomes.
