Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary educator to serve as our Director of Programs. The successful candidate will have a passion for education, strong leadership skills and a proven track record of fostering excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop programs for students to meet academic goals.
Build strong relationships with students, staff, parents and the community
Support school start up activities
Model the vision and values in everyday work and practice
Translate the vision and values into agreed objectives, ensuring that the school’s planning, policies and procedures promote sustained school environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of Master's Degree in Education related discipline, a minimum of 2 years cognate experience in school leadership, preferably as a school principal or its equivalent in educational system.
