Responsibilities
To co-ordinate the document control functions across the company, ensuring all the review, approval, distribution and transmission processes of Project documentations are correctly done.
Generate, maintain and update the Projects Document Deliverable Register and Document Distribution Matrix and files
Liaise with Project discipline managers and leads to ensure document standards, review cycles, issues and approvals with the project procedures.
Responsible for the consolidation and storage of project documentation on completion /closeout of a project
Ability to perform regular audits on documents against required project information to ensure compliance with client requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
A University Degree or a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the oil and gas EPCI projects.
Experience in the usage of document management systems software.
Knowledge of tools and solutions related to project control activities.
