Driver

Responsibilities


Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, goods, or documents.
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report mechanical issues promptly.
Comply with traffic laws and company driving policies.
Maintain accurate records of travel, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
Obey traffic laws, state and federal transit regulations.
Follow a planned route according to a time schedule.
Be safety conscious at all times
Monitoring and reporting fuel consumption, mileage, and passenger numbers.
Help physically challenged passengers get on and off the bus.
Daily sweeping and cleaning of the bus/car.
Keep passengers/parents informed of possible delays.
Responding to emergency and non-emergency situations.
Reporting delays, accidents, and emergencies to the line manager


Requirements


Candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO  with 5 - 10 years relevant experience.
