Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Conduct research and provide summaries to support decision-making.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Manage expense reports and budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
