We are actively seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Executive Assistant to the MD/CEO. The incumbent in this role will play a crucial part in supporting the MD/CEO by understanding the organization’s aims and objectives. Responsibilities include optimizing the MD/CEO's time through involvement in diverse projects, managing secretarial duties, and handling administrative tasks. As the primary point of contact for both internal and external parties, the EA must demonstrate exceptional discretion and maintain confidentiality to excel in this role.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and organize the MD/CEO's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Travel in and out of the country to represent the MD
Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
Manage communication channels and filter incoming requests for the MD/CEO's attention.
Prioritize tasks and deadlines to ensure effective time management.
Taking Minutes at various Management Meetings
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.

Educational Requirement
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a respected University with a minimum of 2:1. Individuals from diverse disciplines are encouraged to apply, provided they possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Technical & Essential Skills:
Knowledge and experience with complex travel and flight itineraries, particularly international travel/hotel bookings
Experience of working for Directors/Senior Management
Excellent Communication skill both oral and written
Excellent Diary Management with the ability to pre-empt and look ahead at all times
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Candidate must have a valid international passport and travel history

Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
