  • Day to day administrative and operational running of the executive office
  • Scheduling the meeting and appointments relating to the Executive office
  • Provide the right solutions to all matters while paying close attention to details.
  • Manage task systematically, effectively and strategically.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally on all issues relating to the Executive office.
  • Coordination of other company officials and understanding how the backend works.
  • Knowledge of various software solutions to research and organize any form of data required.

REQUIREMENT

  • B.sc in Estate Management finance/related field from a reputable university.
  • Preferably a male
  • Relevant certifications
  • 5-8 years of experience
