Description:


The Executive Driver provides professional transportation services to individuals, ensuring their comfort, security, and privacy at all times. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.


Responsibilities:


Safely operate the employer's vehicle to transport them and their family members to various destinations, including but not limited to work, appointments, events, and leisure activities.
Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion, using knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle, both inside and outside, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for passengers.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness, and arranging for repairs or servicing as needed.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, groceries, or other items as required.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers at all times, following all traffic laws and company policies, and remaining vigilant to potential risks or hazards.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the employer's personal and professional matters, respecting their privacy at all times.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities, and submit reports to the employer as requested.


Requirements:


High school Certificate or Diploma.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a personal or executive driver, with a strong understanding of professional driving practices and protocols.
Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools (e.g., GPS).
Impeccable driving skills, with the ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and confidently.
Professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain privacy.
Physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to lift and carry heavy items if necessary.
Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
