Job Description

Motivating distributors and wholesalers to buy consistently and maximally within assigned zones.
Develop new business by identifying potential distributors and wholesalers.
Ensure effective coverage of assigned zone.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Inform customers about company policies, and teach customers about our product benefits.
Ensure timely collection of customer outstanding, which should be in cheques and bank teller.
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process.
