Job Responsibilities


Leading and managing experiential marketing projects, including product launches and brand activations.
Collaborating with clients to understand objectives and develop marketing strategies.
Overseeing event logistics, creative development, and execution.
Managing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and meet financial targets.
Preparing reports on campaign performance and post-event insights.
Leading project teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
Handling vendor management, staffing, and scheduling.
Providing clients with post-event reports and recommendations.
Overseeing the strategic development of brand experiences and campaign analysis.


Person Specification


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (minimum CGPA of 2.1).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, brand activation, or related fields.
Strong understanding of experiential marketing and consumer engagement.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Experience with data analysis for campaign optimization.
Strong planning, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
