Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
They will also manage the budget, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
The Facilities Manager will play a key role in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our clients and tenants.

Qualifications

3-5 years Experience in facilities management, property management, or a related field
Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and a focus on quality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software
Ability to work well in a team environment
Relevant certifications or licenses, such as Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
