Job Overview


We are looking to hire a Facilities Supervisor who will assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace, manage and instruct the site workers, set goals for the team, and see projects through to completion.


Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day maintenance and support of residential and commercial buildings, grounds and facilities systems including WTP and STP.
Assign work and monitor its performance within shifts or sites to ensure that all contract requirements are met; that all policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all objectives are met.
Supervise quality control functions which require regular written on-site inspections conducted with employees, clients and/or vendors.
Oversee and manage Site Coordinators' activities
Maintain efficient and smooth operations at all sites.


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management / Estate Management / Social Sciences / Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
A Master’s Degree in a related field will be an added advantage.
Relevant professional qualifications like PMP, QAQC, HSE etc. will also be an added advantage.
A minimum of 7years of industry knowledge is strongly desired.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
Must have time and project management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
Experience in managing residential apartments.
Must have technical knowledge of facilities and must be IT savvy.
