Duties
Typical duties include:
Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, etc.
Supervising teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance and security.
Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
Managing maintenance and staffing budgets.
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
Overseeing building projects and renovations.
Helping businesses relocate, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Management, B. Engineering or a related field.
6 years’ experience in a related field, such in construction services,or construction project management is crucial.
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement.
Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
