Responsibilities

Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
Oversee and maintain high-quality production standards in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
Implement and improve quality control processes to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve productivity and efficiency goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.
A tailoring skill would be a plus.
Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Microsoft excel skill is a plus
