Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our farm team. The Farm Attendant will be responsible for assisting with various farm operations, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain farm fields for planting
Plant and cultivate various crops
Weed and control pests and diseases
Harvest crops and prepare them for transport
Operate and maintain farm equipment as needed
Assist with general farm upkeep and maintenance

Qualifications:

Minimum of basic secondary education
Physical stamina for outdoor work
Basic knowledge of farming practices preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position requires physical labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
