Our client is a vibrant fashion house offering luxury fabric choices from leading manufacturers for men.

As a Fashion Customer Representative, you are the face and voice of the brand. You will provide premium customer service, assist clients with styling and purchase decisions. This role blends fashion knowledge, sales expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:


Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing personalized styling advice based on their needs.
Drive in-store sales through expert product knowledge and confident selling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Assist with fittings, fabric explanations, and product recommendations.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and website chat.
Guide online clients through styling, sizing, and ordering.
Follow up on customer orders, complaints, exchanges, and requests.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Process payments and handle POS operations.
Keep track of customer preferences, purchases, and feedback for CRM purposes.
Develop relationships with VIP and repeat customers.
Maintain a database of client profiles, important dates, and style preferences.
Encourage return visits through clienteling, follow-ups, and personalized service.
Stay updated on current collections, fabrics, sizing, and brand story.
Communicate the company’s values, craftsmanship, and design inspiration confidently.


Person Specification:


1–3 years’ experience in retail fashion or luxury sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion, especially menswear and minimalist style.
Friendly, proactive, and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic digital tools (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
