Job Description
Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Think strategically see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Work strategically carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
Have a good understanding of the business products or services and be able to advise team members about them
Train members of your team, arrange training where appropriate
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates
Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Help to plan sales campaigns, create a sales pipeline and increase sales of the business products.
carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to management
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
3+ years experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
A real estate background will be an added advantage.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
