Job Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Any relevant certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years work experience.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong secretarial, administration and customer service skills.
Job Description
Provide a high standard of personal executive level assistance to meet the needs of the Executive Vice Chairman’s objectives, including diary management, setting up meetings, hospitality, travel and visa arrangements.
Correspondence management, reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications.
Screen phone calls, enquires and handle them appropriately.
Supervise front desk operations and provide assistance.
Provide relevant support to Executive management, The Board, Company Secretary and Legal Team in line with corporate governance reporting and legislations/regulations.
Interface with various departments and personnel for smooth operations, including information management, approvals processing and feedback.
Be responsible for managing all internal and external communications for the company ensuring its messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization.
Coordinate all legal matters, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings in liaison with the company’s external solicitor and external secretary.
Ensure prompt and diligent renewals of all operating licenses/memberships of associated bodies.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for reporting activities and general administration.
